Key Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts. • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and providing solutions accordingly. • Direct prospects to the field sales team for site visits and follow up with the client after the visit. • Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales. • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. • Keeping up to date with competitors and various projects in the market/ assigned territory. • Leads Hygiene, providing proper feedback on leads assigned. • Follow-up for Payments/dues. • Achieve daily targets as assigned by the reporting manager and submitting work report. • Internet Research, Email Discovery, Contact Details & List Building.
