We are hiring an Assistant Manager — Sales at Sumiram Sai Realtors, a Noida-based real estate advisory firm with an active portfolio of verified commercial and residential properties across NCR. This is a leadership-track role sitting between senior field sales and management — you will close your own high-value deals, oversee a small team of Sales Executives and Telecallers, and take direct ownership of monthly revenue targets.

This role is for someone who has already proven themselves as a top individual sales performer in NCR real estate and is now ready to step into a position where their decisions and discipline shape an entire team's output.

What You Will Do

SALES & REVENUE

→ Personally manage and close high-value commercial and residential property deals — your individual contribution to monthly revenue remains a core KPI of this role.

→ Handle senior and HNI buyer relationships independently — from first advisory conversation through negotiation,  documentation coordination, and possession handover.

→ Build and grow a self-sourced pipeline through personal referral networks, channel partners, NRI connections, and corporate buyer relationships — in addition to company-provided inbound leads.

→ Step in to support and co-close complex or high-ticket deals being handled by junior Sales Executives when needed.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

→ Directly supervise a team of 3–6 Sales Executives and Telecallers — set daily and weekly activity targets, review pipelines, and hold the team accountable to conversion benchmarks.

→ Conduct daily morning briefings and weekly pipeline review sessions — keep the team sharp, informed, and motivated.

→ Identify skill gaps in individual team members and work with the Director to design training or coaching interventions.

→ Monitor call quality, lead follow-up discipline, CRM hygiene, and site visit scheduling across the team — flag and fix issues early.

→ Recruit and onboard new Telecallers and Sales Executives in coordination with leadership — you will interview and recommend candidates.

STRATEGY & REPORTING

→ Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Director — pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue vs. target, and team activity metrics.

→ Provide structured market feedback to the marketing team — buyer objections, competitor pricing, portal lead quality, and campaign effectiveness from the field.

→ Participate in planning decisions around new property onboarding, pricing strategy, and campaign targeting — your ground-level insight directly shapes company decisions.

→ Stay ahead of NCR real estate market movements — RERA updates, competitor launches, pricing shifts, and policy changes that affect buyer decisions.

 

Who We Are Looking For

✔ 5–9 years of real estate sales experience in NCR — with at least 2 years in a team handling or senior advisory capacity.

✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets — we will discuss your best and average monthly numbers in detail during the interview.

✔ Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small sales team — not just sell alongside them.

✔ Deep knowledge of NCR commercial and residential real estate — localities, price benchmarks, developer reputation, RERA compliance, and investment return analysis.

✔ Excellent communication in Hindi and English — polished and credible with HNI, NRI, and corporate buyer profiles.

✔ Strong existing network of buyers, investors, channel partners, and brokers in the NCR real estate ecosystem.

✔ Proficient with CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, property portals, and basic reporting tools — Excel or Google Sheets for pipeline tracking.

✔ Own vehicle mandatory — site visits across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi are a regular part of the role.

✔ High personal integrity — you represent the firm's reputation with every client interaction and every team decision you make.
