Real Estate Sales Executive — Commercial & Residential Properties

What You Will Do
→ Handle inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), and referrals — qualify and follow up systematically.
→ Counsel prospective buyers on available commercial and residential properties — explain pricing, floor plans, location advantages, and investment returns clearly and confidently.
→ Schedule and conduct property site visits with serious buyers across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and the broader NCR region.
→ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active leads using CRM tools — track every conversation, follow-up, and closure stage without gaps.
→ Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion benchmarks set by the senior advisory team.
→ Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality from different campaigns and channels — your field insight improves the whole team's output.
→ Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals — our best leads come from satisfied buyers.
→ Stay current on NCR real estate market trends, pricing movements, new launches, and competitive offerings.
Who We Are Looking For
✔ 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, channel advisory, or property consulting — NCR market experience strongly preferred.
✔ Strong communication skills in Hindi and English — ability to explain complex investment decisions in simple, confident terms.
✔ Goal-oriented mindset — you track your own numbers, own your pipeline, and do not wait to be followed up.
✔ Comfortable working with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic lead management platforms.
✔ Presentable, punctual, and professional — you represent the firm in every single client interaction.
✔ Two-wheeler or own transport preferred for site visits across NCR.
✔ Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in real estate will be considered for a junior track.
