We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive at Sumiram Sai Realtors — a Noida-based property advisory firm with a strong presence across NCR. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced real estate professional who can independently manage high-value client relationships, lead site visits, close deals, and mentor junior team members — all without hand-holding.

If you have 4+ years of NCR real estate sales experience, a proven closing record, and the confidence to advise HNI and investor-grade buyers on commercial and residential assets, we want to speak with you.

What You Will Do

Own and manage a high-value lead pipeline — from first contact through negotiation, documentation, and final possession handover.

Advise HNI clients, business owners, and investors on commercial and residential property options — deliver confident, data-backed investment guidance that builds trust and closes deals.

Conduct independent site visits and client meetings across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi — representing the firm with full professionalism at every touchpoint.

Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms with buyers — working within approved parameters while maximising conversion value.

Mentor and support junior Sales Executives — share market knowledge, review their pipelines, and help close complex deals as needed.

Build and grow a personal referral network — past clients, channel partners, brokers, and corporate connections — to generate consistent self-sourced leads alongside company-provided enquiries.

Track all activity meticulously in CRM — pipeline stages, follow-up schedules, documentation status, and post-closure tasks.

Provide weekly pipeline and revenue forecasts to the Director — own your numbers with full transparency.

Stay sharp on NCR market intelligence — pricing trends, competitor activity, upcoming launches, RERA updates, and buyer sentiment shifts that affect your advisory conversations.

 

Who We Are Looking For

✔ 4–8 years of proven real estate sales experience — specifically in commercial or mixed-use properties in the NCR market.

✔ Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals (₹30 lakh+ ticket size) — we will ask for numbers in the interview.

✔ Excellent communication in Hindi and English — polished enough for HNI and corporate buyer conversations.

✔ Strong existing network of buyers, investors, NRIs, and channel partners in the NCR real estate ecosystem.

✔ Deep understanding of NCR real estate — localities, price benchmarks, RERA compliance, developer credibility, and 
  investment return calculation.

✔ Proficient with CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), and basic 
  reporting tools.

✔ Self-driven — able to manage your pipeline, hit targets, and grow your referral base without daily supervision.

✔ Own vehicle mandatory — frequent site visits across NCR are a core part of this role.
