Team Leader — Real Estate Sales & Business Development
We are hiring a Team Leader — Sales at Sumiram Sai Realtors, a Noida-based real estate advisory firm with an active portfolio of verified commercial and residential properties across NCR. This is a senior leadership role for a high-performing real estate professional who is ready to own an entire sales vertical — building the team, driving revenue, shaping strategy, and delivering consistent monthly results.
This is not a supervisory title given to a good salesperson. This is a role for someone who has already led teams, already knows how to build a sales culture from the floor up, and is
ready to be held accountable for the entire team's output — not just their own deals.

What You Will Do
REVENUE & PERSONAL SALES
→ Own the team's monthly revenue target — you are personally accountable for the number, not just the activity that leads to it.
→ Personally close senior, HNI, NRI, and corporate buyer deals — your individual sales contribution remains significant alongside your leadership responsibilities.
→ Step into any deal at any stage — negotiation, objection handling, pricing discussion, or documentation — to protect conversion and client satisfaction.
→ Build and grow a high-value personal network of investors, channel partners, NRI buyers, and corporate accounts that generates self-sourced revenue alongside the company's inbound lead pipeline.
TEAM BUILDING & LEADERSHIP
→ Build, lead, and develop a full sales team — Telecallers, Sales Executives, and Senior Sales Executives — from hiring through onboarding, training, and daily management.
→ Set individual and team-level KPIs — daily call volumes, site visit targets, pipeline health metrics, and monthly revenue goals — and hold every team member accountable to them without exception.
→ Conduct structured daily briefings, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly performance appraisals for every team member — keep the floor sharp, motivated, and aligned.
→ Identify underperformers early — coach, support, and where necessary, make tough calls to protect team output and culture.
→ Build a sales training framework — objection handling scripts, product knowledge modules, CRM discipline standards, and call quality benchmarks — that every new joiner follows from day one.
→ Create a team culture of transparency, accountability, and genuine client advisory — where every team member is proud of how they sell, not just what they sell.
STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
→ Design and execute the monthly and quarterly sales plan — territory allocation, lead distribution, channel partner activation, and campaign-to-floor coordination.
→ Identify and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and co-broking networks across NCR — expand the firm's external sales reach beyond direct digital campaigns.
→ Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign targeting, lead quality requirements, and budget allocation with ground-level sales reality.
→ Evaluate new property opportunities for the portfolio — assess market fit, target buyer profile, pricing competitiveness, and sales feasibility before onboarding.
→ Deliver structured weekly and monthly reports to the Director — revenue vs. target, team performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, channel partner contribution, and market intelligence summary.
→ Represent the firm at property expos, investor meets, channel partner events, and networking forums — build the brand alongside building the business.
Who We Are Looking For
âś” 7–12 years of real estate sales experience in NCR — with a minimum of 3 years in a direct team leadership capacity managing 5+ people.
âś” A documented track record of hitting and exceeding team-level monthly revenue targets — not just personal sales numbers. We will ask for team revenue figures, not just individual closures.
âś” Proven ability to build, train, and retain a high-performing sales team in a competitive NCR real estate environment.
âś” Deep expertise in NCR commercial and residential real estate — micro-market knowledge, developer landscape, pricing benchmarks, RERA compliance, investment return modelling, and buyer
psychology across segments.
âś” Established network of HNI buyers, NRI investors, channel partners, and corporate accounts in the NCR real estate market.
âś” Outstanding communication in Hindi and English — credible, calm, and commanding in boardroom, site visit, and team briefing settings equally.
âś” Strong command of CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, WhatsApp Business, property portals, and pipeline management disciplines.
âś” Own vehicle mandatory — regular site visits, channel partner meetings, and client interactions across NCR are non-negotiable parts of the role.
âś” High personal and professional integrity — you set the ethical tone for the entire sales floor. The firm's reputation is yours
