We are hiring a Telecaller at Sumiram Sai Realtors — a Noida-based real estate advisory firm serving buyers and investors across NCR. This is a front-line role where your voice is the first impression our company makes on every potential buyer.

If you are confident on calls, fluent in Hindi and English, quick to build rapport, and motivated by targets and incentives — 
this role is your entry point into one of NCR's most active real estate advisory teams.

What You Will Do

→ Call inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, and website enquiries — introduce the firm, understand buyer requirements, and qualify interest within the first call.

→ Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone and WhatsApp — maintain regular contact without being pushy, build familiarity, and move prospects toward a site visit or meeting with the sales team.

→ Maintain a daily call log and update CRM accurately after every conversation — call outcome, buyer requirement, budget, timeline, and next follow-up date.

→ Schedule site visits and callback appointments for the senior Sales Executives — your job is to hand over qualified, visit-ready leads, not close deals yourself.

→ Handle basic buyer queries on call — property location, price range, possession status, and next steps — using briefing material provided by the team.

→ Re-engage cold and dormant leads from the database periodically — many buyers who did not convert earlier are ready to move when the right call comes at the right time.

→ Achieve daily call targets, weekly follow-up targets, and monthly site visit scheduling targets set by the team lead.

→ Share caller feedback with the marketing and sales teams — what objections buyers raise, what questions they ask, what puts them off — your insight directly improves campaign quality.

 

Who We Are Looking For

✔ 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service — real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.

✔ Clear, confident spoken Hindi — this is non-negotiable. Basic English communication for portal and email use.

✔ A natural phone presence — you sound warm, professional, and trustworthy from the very first sentence.

✔ Disciplined and process-driven — you update the CRM after every call, every time, without being reminded.

✔ Thick-skinned and target-oriented — rejections are part of the job; you reset quickly and stay consistent.

✔ Basic smartphone and computer literacy — WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools.

✔ Fresher candidates with strong communication and genuine enthusiasm are welcome to apply.
